hmm, i never use motherload in my sims games though! i personally love the challenge of having them tough it out in a barely furnished starter home for a few sims weeks and be forced to use public facilities and steal fruit from their neighbours’ gardens — because unlike in the real world it’s possible for these fools to not live paycheck to paycheck even if they’re both working as like, playground monitors

and then when they’re filthy rich and cruising in convertibles and taking month-long vacations and fucking in their palatial egyptian estates you just shed a single happy tear as you go through your old screencaps because you still remember the burnt food and the cheap beds and the highly flammable ovens and the house fires :’)
